A bit of peace now I have this for family and I I find I have to charge every 2 days and I do not use the screen very much otherwise I don't know if it works till I fall over Battery could be bigger

Living with the watch

I purchased two watches, one for my Sister and one for my Mother in Law. My MIL's watched failed within a couple of weeks but was replaced without problem. Neither could handle the original watch band as they both have Arthritis but the velcro band available at extra cost has been great. My MIL is very active and the watch sends a false fall notice about once a month even on its least most sensitive setting. A call to her phone is all that's needed to check she is OK.
An expensive purchase but well worth the cost as it works.

Thanks for the feedback, yes there are no printed user manual, but there is a getting started guide, and also a qr code to scan which takes you to the online user manual. Reach out to our support team if you need any assistance
